The Affiliate Program

If your audience is getting married or finalizing a divorce, RenameKit is a $19 packet that puts their whole name change in order. We pay 40% of every sale your link or code brings in.

How It Works

• You get both a link and a code. The link (renamekit.com/?ref=yourcode) credits you for 30 days after a click. The code, typed at checkout, credits you regardless — a typed code always wins over a clicked link.
• Commissions wait out the refund window. A commission is created the moment the sale settles and becomes payable 31 days later, after our 30-day refund window closes. A refunded order pays no commission.
• Payouts are monthly and manual. We pay by PayPal or bank transfer. Before a first payout we need a completed W-9 (we issue 1099-NEC where the law requires it).
• Your own purchases do not count. An order whose checkout email matches your payout email is excluded automatically.

The Disclosure Duty

FTC rules require a clear and conspicuous disclosure wherever your link or code appears — "affiliate link", "I earn a commission", or equivalent, visible before the click, on every platform. This is a condition of the program: placements without disclosure forfeit their commissions, and repeat omission ends the partnership.

What You May Not Do

• No bidding on "RenameKit" or our misspellings in paid search.
• No claims we do not make — we prepare documents and we are explicit that we do not give legal advice; your copy must not promise more.
• No implying government affiliation. Every form we fill is free from its agency.
