Type the email you used at checkout. If any packets belong to it, we email the links there — never to the screen, so typing someone else's address shows nothing.
Opening a packet still asks for a fresh six-digit code sent to the same address, so the email is both the address book and the key.
You have answered some of them. Leaving now clears those answers — there is no account holding them, so nothing is saved until you reach your packet.
