You do not need a refund for this one. Go to Find My Kit, enter the email you bought with, and we will send your link. Kits are available online for 90 days, after which they are deleted.
Tell us — this is the report we most want to receive. Email support@renamekit.com with the address you bought with and what the agency told you. Every requirement in your kit cites the agency page it was verified against and the verification date, so a wrong one means either the agency changed something or we made a mistake, and both are worth fixing for the next person. We will refund you and correct the data.
We refund a kit that was wrong, incomplete, or that you could not open. Email support@renamekit.com within 30 days of purchase with the email you bought with and what went wrong. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and take five to ten days to appear, depending on your bank.
What we do not refund: a change of mind about doing the paperwork. The kit is $19, the free rundown shows you what your state involves before you pay, and what we sell is the truth about that process rather than a promise it will be short.
A refunded kit is no longer accessible once the refund is issued.
