You do not need a refund for this one. Go to Find My Packet, enter the email you bought with, and we will send your link. Packets stay reachable for 90 days, after which the names on them are erased.
Tell us — this is the report we most want to receive. Email support@renamekit.com with the address you bought with and what the agency told you. Every requirement in your packet cites the page it came from and the date we read it, so a wrong one means either the agency changed something or we made a mistake, and both are worth fixing for the next person. We will refund you and correct the data.
We refund a packet that was wrong, incomplete, or that you could not open. Email support@renamekit.com within 30 days of purchase with the email you bought with and what went wrong. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and take five to ten days to appear, depending on your bank.
What we do not refund: a change of mind about doing the paperwork. The packet is $19, the free rundown shows you what your state involves before you pay, and what we sell is the truth about that process rather than a promise it will be short.
A refunded packet keeps working. We do not take back something you have already read.
